Hi,
I'm an ex junkie trash, and I have abused a lot dextroamphetamine and cocaine, especially one time when I took a really huge amp dose.
I'm pretty sure I have brain damage from this period of my life, I have stop all consumption for nearly 2 years now but I still feel I haven't fully recover.
Recently, I read that BPC-157 can recover damage from amp abuse, but I'm not sure it's not just reddit bullshit.
What do you think of that /sci/?

I have already started taking epitalon, GHK-Cu and C60 but hadn't really noticed any effect for the moment.

it is. if there was real evidence it worked, there would be real studies.
Check for papers on pubmed. Otherwise, assume the worst.

If I want to feel clearer in my head I would usually do intensive sports (mountain biking 50 km and heavy weight lifting).
This always worked wonders and helped me focus, especially after a night out (alcohol and e)

Even if it speaks principally of meth, I still think I'm concerned to an extent, because I have abused dextro a lot and I have taken a very huge dosage one time, and I never have been the same since.
Do you think something like Lion Mane Mushroom could help with that?
Because I don't think the problem reside in dopamine imbalance, it should have came back to an homeostasis state since the time I stopped, if I understand this correctly.

Amp is a bit different as it directly releases dopamine in an unbounded fashion which is bad news. Do you have a tremor? Delusions/problems with psychosis? What's the lasting damage you feel?

the main issue with your post is that you state that you might have brain damage.

but you do not describe what you define by it or describe your "symptoms" and how you interpret brain damage.

for restoration of neurons, refer to substances that promote neurogenesis. such as lions mane, LSD-25/Psilocybin microdosing, b12, high doses of vitamin C etc.

if you refer to not finding the same motivation, energy or satisfaction from doing the things that used to excite and interest you before drug use, you might wish to look toward upregulation of your dopamine receptors.

Studies in humans have shown that after receiving low doses the subjective high rating from a large dose of amphetamine nearly doubled. I have stumbled upon this phenomenon only weeks back and am still researching thoroughly.
Interestingly enough, upregulation of dopamine receptors from "microdosing" of said stimulants is particularly resultative from Desoxyn prescribed at 5mg dosages or as you may know it - methamphetamine. this is just a short abstract into this. further information and context needed for concise explanation. refer to some studies below if you're interested

Also yes, but the more lasting damage I feel is I am a lot dumbed down. It's difficule to put word on it, but I basically feel like a retard now. I also had others symptoms, but they are very difficult to explain.

Yes, I already tested them, but I haven't really feel a difference desu. It was the caps from Oriveda.
Maybe I need to wait more, I definitely see some amelioration, slowly but surely. Thanks you again, to all of you

I have this problem actually from amp abuse, my cognition and intelligence seems fine, but sometimes when speaking i'll fail to find the right word to use unless i've recently exercised, and my motivation and energy plus interest in activities I used to enjoy is much lower than before. I'll look into this compound for sure.

You got better at pushups but that's it. Simple pushups by themselves don't do much

Yeah, it's good for your brain health. Try couch to 5k or some other cardio program.

Yeah, I know, I was very auto-destructive back in the days.

Anyway, I'm surprised that no one has definitive answer on this type of stuff. Things like BPC-157 and other peptide, or things like Epitalon seems absolutely wonderful if you listen to reddit or the few paper on the subject, everyone should take them everyday even if they are young and in a good shape. I could understand that they are snake oil, but why there is so little activity arround it, even if it's just to debunk it? It seems nobody care, I don't understand why.
