I am currently enrolled in a uni that is ranked in top 50 of US schools, however, their engineering rank is not even in the top 100.

If I were to pursue Biochemical Engineering, should I transfer to a college that is generally ranked lower, yet has a higher engineering ranking, or does the rank not even matter?
