can we have a science-oriented discussion of psychedelics? any good books you're reading? I'm halfway through Acid Dreams and pretty unimpressed, the MK Ultra shit is hilarious but the actual early science of LSD seems like bullshit

I recently found out about salvia and had some extreme/disturbing experiences on it. given it's legality in california, it is definitely the most cost effective way to have an extreme psychedelic experience, for better or worse.
