Magnets usually holds properties of being solid and fragile, some are hardened by Fe, then magnetic material seems to be around soft, but diamagnetic material is literally so non fragile that it's light and survives almost anything. Also it has greater immunity of being cooked. It react with less acids, but it somehow also dissolves in water.
