lets say there is a creator for all we see around.
now what? what changes? how do we communicate with it? is this possible? does it have a conscience? does it take decisions? is it affected by time?

If you mean individualistically as a whole, yes. As for the various shards of it scattered through a veritable multiverse, not really. It will all seem disjointed if you're not able to read it all at once.
