After that, a good amount of stuff won't be too hard until you hit proper analysis and algebra, after which it'll be hard for a while again. Then things will be easy until you hit a while into first year grad school, and so on.
This have a weird ebb and flow. The trick is learning to realize that staying where you're struggling isn't necessarily a bad sign - it might be a sign that you are exactly where you need to be, and it's good in the long run to put in effort, get over it, and get better.
Of course, if you're dying or feel absolutely miserable all the time, it might be a sign that it's not for you. That being said, it's okay to struggle.

Sit down, have a cup of coffee, give your eyes a break, relax, and forgive yourself. Take your notes, lecture material, and book out. Eventually when you've calmed yourself down, you'll find that it won't be too bad to solve the problem. Usually you'll find it's just one big misconception or lack of realization that's blocking your understanding.
