Starting around the time of the Corona lockdowns I've been taking vitamin pills:
>multivitamin, "one a day"
>vitamin D3, about 1/3 days
>vitamin C 500mg, about 1/3 days
>vitamin B complex, about 1/3 days
I don't feel any more or less healthy than before. The vitamin B in particular is supposed to give you greater energy levels, but I still feel like a lazy, slightly depressed neet. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Do I need a bigger variety of vitamins in my rotation? Should I look into other supplements such as pic related?
