It's how long you can stay in one context of being without thinking about something else or daydreaming, totally eliminating daydreaming isn't helping attention span at all.

Maybe daydreaming creates better attentionspan, because it makes you to stay in one context for longer period of time.

You can have so long attention span your brain literally can't handle it, if you push it over the limit, be careful, you can end up stuck there and in need for ketamine or something like that.
