1. The penis isn't a muscle. You can't grow it the same you can grow your biceps.
2. The factors are generally genetics and blood flow.
3. If you can somehow increase the blood flow in the respective area, it will be bigger.
4. There are exercises out there - but the evidence is anecdotal.
5. If you're worried in it's relation to sex, the size isn't the end all. There are a plethora of ways you can improve your intercourse experience.
6. If all else fails, there is always surgery.
7. I wouldn't suggest (6) unless your penis is a micropenis. (inch or smaller?)
