redpill me on sexual dimorphism. birds have it extreme where the male and female look like different species. some lizards actually have a female-only species and they mate with other species just to stimulate the ovaries.

is this "extreme" sexual dimorphism possible in mammals like humans? can we control males to have very dark skin while females have extremely white skin? can skull shapes be different amongst genders? can hair for males be dark and curly while female hair is blonde and straight? what about eye color?

is it possible for a son to inherit his father's phenotype while a daughter only inherits her mother's?
