I do this every so often when I drop it because I get freaked out of my mental state. start with low does like 25mg then wait a couple weeks. build up to a dose that helps the symptoms. I use it for ocd so I usually get to around 100mg. Im not sure if there are any side effects with stopping and starting though

Then you didn't need it. Also it takes like 2 months to take effect. I have ocd, and I most definitely need it.
