I got addicted to nicotine gum. I can chew up to half a pack of 2 mg pieces of gum a day (that is 15 pieces total). I know this sounds completely ridiculous and I am an absolute stupid retard but how is it possible to quit? Obviously reducing usage is not an option here because I do not think I have the discipline for it and I'll need to face the withdrawals sooner or later even with a taper.
