Modifying the gut flora

Just here posting the results of my dietary experiments.

Some background:
Age: 20s
Gender: M
Allergic to milk and nuts. Also lactose intolerant.

After reading a study on mice with transplanted gut biomes from humans with and without allergies, I decided to try to alter my gut biome to cure my milk allergy. I started with adding more fresh vegetables and rice and beans to my diet, and then began dairy trials.

Day 1: ate 3 goat cheese raviolis. Some mouth itchiness and swelling, and gassy digestion. A few hours after eating I had a mild rash around my body and itchiness all over. No antihistamine needed.

Day 2: rest

Day 3: 4 goat cheese raviolis, followed by half of a glass of kefir. I had read about kefir having lactase producing bacteria or something along those lines, that aids with digestion of milk. Mild itchiness while drinking kefir and frequent gas after. No antihistamine required.

Day 4 (today): Other half of kefir drink. Mild gas, less itchiness than prior days.

So what should I do now? How much kefir should I drink per day to cure my allergy, and how long until I should switch to uncultured milk?
