I am thinking about just saying fuck it and leaving my current job behind. CS is neat but there is something about engineering things and being a builder that seems cool. I was considering Aerospace or Civil but I can do an online program in EE or Comp E.
I am unsure though what it would be like starting from the ground level with 10+ years in a totally unrelated industry.
Bonus: Would like to work either remotely or internationally (US Citzen).

I'm on a similar position right now. I have a career as a scientist and I decided to pursue an undergrad in environmental engineering. Am I making a mistake getting an undergrad or should i just focus on getting a master's in something related to my field?

Unless you're field is wildly unrelated from what you want to actually be doing (even then I am skeptical), I would never suggest doing another undergraduate if you can get a masters instead. If you aren't entirely disjoint I would suggest trying for a masters and seeing what prerequisite coursework you would need before I suggest getting another undergrad degree.

I studied this shit for 3 years. I dropped out in the 4th year mostly for mental health reasons. I have mates who did graduate in mecheng and software and yeah they make about 20k a year more than me at my basic bitch job but they both say its miserable work, you're basically given an impossible task nobody else can figure out how to do and have to somehow do it flawlessly with little to no resources, I mean if that's the sort of thing you like then go for it I guess. Some people are into tethered swimming, breath play, pegging, etc. Its ok.
Is not like in college either where you can do mediocre to good work and get a B or an A-, in a real job with real clients you have to either do it perfectly or you're getting shitcanned.
If I were you I'd do literally anything else. Sounds like you already have a comfy job.

This, 100%. A second undergrad should never be considered before getting a masters. You can do some prerequisites as a nondegree student if necessary, but a second undergrad is a huge waste of time and money.

The only masters program I am currently qualified for is a stats masters or an MBA. Engineering would require a bachelors since I don't have any physics classes or core engineering courses completed. CS is the easiest since it would only be a year for another BS as opposed to 2.5.
