What do you think will happen? This poll is less about rigorous arguments and more about what the fundamental tenets are that people operate by the assumption of. What is the prevailing story the people of our time tell ourselves about the world we live in?

I'm thinking of making duplicate polls for a couple of other boards e.g. /lit/ to see how different demographics' beliefs compare.
