Dilemma

31 year old business degree dropout in need of advice:

Let me preface this by saying that I absolutely hate - and I'm using hate here very deeply - anything related to business and economics. I was forced to study it in high school because of my dad. I passed high school no problem then started uni with a BSc in Applied Economics which is just a business degree on a uni level.

I hate EVERY subject, from marketing to accounting to the most ridiculous assumptions and "conclusions" made in micro-economics and macro-economics. The thing that bothered me the most was that every time I challenged the underlying assumptions the professors made, I was met with ridicule or "aaaccccctuuaaalllyyy, empirical 'evidence' suggest that consumers are rational agents" or "aaccttuallllyyyy, research suggests that a lot of companies do follow certain production functions".THEN WHY CAN'T YOU FUCKING PREDICT APPLE OR AMAZON'S next price or quantity move, you arrogant deluded fuck!
And the other students just sat there accepting it all and looking at me like I was crazy.
Anyway, I dropped out because I just couldn't take it anymore. I applied for and then got a job in accounting because I am relatively good with numbers and math.

Now after a lot of years in accounting, I want to go back to uni to study something I actually enjoy like programming which I've self-taught myself over the years and that I've used in several jobs to automate certain processes and reports. I began noticing that I much, much more enjoyed the programming aspect of my job than the accounting part.
Anyway, I passed about half of the 180 credits required to obtain the aforementioned BSc in Applied Economics and my dilemma is whether I should go back to finish it or just start a new BSc in IT/CS.
My main goal is to get a degree as fast as possible so I can get the fuck out of this country but I don't want to end up with a degree that I'll likely never use.

Sidenote: college tuition isn't expensive here.
