hey /sci/, i know you're extremely gifted, intelligent, and have lead modern medicine for years. i cant get this off my mind. answer it pls.
im 19. ive had sleep issues my entire life. i vividly remember sleeping 3-6 hours on school nights, and 4-8 hours on free days since age 12. i was always sleep deprived. don't remember how bad it was before that. is it possible, or likely that i inhibited my brain's development? if i did, is it reversible?
