You've got the right premise but the wrong conclusion. They are not implying that the people themselves are inferior in some way, but that the system they are born in makes achievement far more difficult. There's no infrastructure, nothing to help you along whereas the West is chock-full of helpful resources to the point where you would have to be really incompetent to fail.

It's worthy of praise just like someone who completes an already difficult game in extra hard mode.

Human intelligence is randomly distributed. I know students from Africa who were cattle herders and who topped highschool exams, and now study under scholarships in Europe. All you need to study abroad from these countries is to pass the highschool exams in your own country then you get a chance to sit for uni entry exams of the country that gave you the scholarship. There are tonnes of kids like this in Europe and the US, you don't need to be elite or rich, just show you are smart whatever the background you come from.

They do, just because you don't have the data doesn't mean it's not there. If you are really interested in African intelligence look at their highschool exams they are the best data for that. Every year the data from schools in English speaking countries such as Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana follow that distribution, the top performers usually get scholarships to study in the UK. They follow the British curriculum, this has literally been going on since the 60s, just because you ignorant ameretards don't know it doesn't mean it isn't so,
