>like science
>too dumb for it
How do I cope with this? I'm a 107 IQ brainlet with a degree in Literature. Before college, my parents insisted on me going to a "natural sciences" high school programme, and I pushed through what seemed like 4 years of pure frustration with my own stupidty before I finally gave up and pursued something else. I tried very hard to understand physics (and failed), worked my ass off to pass my maths Bacalaureate with a mediocre grade, found biology easy to memorise but hard to remember for long, did well in chemistry but I studied for what seemed like an ungodly amount of time compared to other subjects. It saddens me that there are people out there who study these amazing, complex subjects in prestigious universities or even research them for a living while I wasted 3 years of my life writing essays and analysing poetry. That isn't to say I don't like my field of study, but I also like science and wish I had the brains to understand it instead of resorting to mental masturbation in the humanities.
