So take out any and all possibility of humans becoming extinct from outside events like nukes or whatever, won’t humans eventually reach a point where everyone is related to such a degree that anymore breeding would always result in genetic deformities? I’ve been thinking about this a lot and I can’t seem to find anything about it online. Obviously it won’t happen anytime soon and may never happen, but is it hypothetically possible?
