I remember when Tooker was first discovered on /sci/ all these years ago. In spite of his schizophrenia, he was an actually pretty smart guy. Unfortunately he is not on anti-psychotics (Tooker refuses them). He recently suffered a wound on his genitals about 3 months ago (self circumcision perhaps?) and kept picking at it like a scab. He complained about it on one his threads and Doctors on this board claim he is gravely infected. In fact he did go to the hospital only to refuse medical treatment. The only time people can't refuse treatment is if they are legally incapacitated (such as losing consciousness).
It's quite a tragic tale really.
