In animal species where there's a stud that mates with multiple recipients you find large testicles, like hamsters and sheep. The same is true for humans in cultures that are promiscuous, it selects for males that can produce a higher sperm count and therefor usually have larger testicles. But unlike hamsters and sheep there's a higher degree of selection done by female humans, so you see a correlation between testicle size and penis size.
Human males select for huge, perky breasts as evident from female humans having the biggest breast to body ratio of all primate species. It could be thought that larger breasts correlate to more milk production, that would lead to more developed brains. If this were the case it would select for saggier breasts with more milk ducts. But milk production more or less remains constant despite size variation, there's an added complication of infants suffocating while breastfed by huge tits.
