>Get internship Junior summer at giant oil company
>Covid 19 hits
>internship rescinded, too late to find another or get summer research with a professor
>decide to go get computer science minor with free time
>This fall send out 50 applications to software and engineering companies so far. Only two interviews, one rejects me for whatever reason after giving me a 3 hour long test. Other ghosts me.

>"friend" who messed around all of highschool, had gf, went to local college for cyber security because he missed all the deadlines for the other schools. No internships.
>gets multiple job offers for 6 figures so far
this sounds like a LARP and I wish it was. I have never gotten a brake, I've done everything that was required, yet here I am. I am honestly at a loss for what to do now.
