How advanced is aesthetic surgery? I'm afraid that it either is not effective enough, that there's a very good chance of botching your face up, that there might be consequences later in life and that you can't simply become "better looking" with surgeries.
I know that koreans do it a lot. Are they exceptionally expensive or just lying? Can you just simply slightly alter something on a face and improve it just like that?
