Although I didn't read it, many people recommend the Griffiths' <Introduction to Quantum Mechanics> is best to learn basci QM.

I think any (relatively) recent college lecture notes on QM is good. So-called 'classical' textbooks are not pedagogically good IMO.

Well, I want to tell a bit more.

I heard that the Griffiths' QM book shows Schrodinger equation in the first page and says readers to consider this equation as the axiom.

But I don't think this is a good way. Schrodinger equation is an experimentally verified formula like F=ma, but there's a better way to introduce that equation, I guess.
