You can interpret this along with many different scientists and talk about red lining, wealth inequality, systemic racism, and other productive points that can bring about positive change or you can view it with a prejudice and tribal lens and assume this is something inherent in the demographic and do nothing about it.
Either way, this is race baiting and not even /sci/ related. You can have your internet points if it makes you feel better.
