No one's class probably does. so thats why they are probably implying that differential equations in general are taught for the evil military industrial complex to calculate the trajectory of rockets. is control systems political too because you can use it to design control systems for rockets and f35s?

Missile could mean anything, there’s no reason to assume it is necessarily a rocket/explosive. For example if I threw a rock it would have a trajectory and be considered a missile. It seems like an obvious example that would be looked at is the case of throwing a rock or something, it isn’t as if entire semesters are dedicated to learning the intricacies and specific details of launching a guided rocket for warfare purposes.
