Is it risky to combine tianeptine with antidepressants and an atypical antipsychotic (375mg venlafaxine, 45mg mirtazapine, 450mg quetiapine XR)?

Can this addition of this very atypical antidepressant cause serotonin syndrome considering Ive been on both venla and mirta for several years already?
