Well for small amplitude oscillations I think the frequency is proportional to $\sqrt{g/L}$ so that would mean (B) would take longer to swing back and forth. A 45 degree angle isn't small amplitude however.

Picture 1 as being in a tiny ass little bit of string, with the same mass as 2 who's on a huge meters-long string. Which one's gonna take longer to swing back and forth? Obviously the one with the shortest string—since the masses are the same, their acceleration is the same yet the length of their parabola is not.

Let's say A has length of 1 cm, and B has length of 1 km suspended from a helicopter or whatever. Guess which one is gonna swing back and forth with higher frequency. Pro top: you don't have to take into account their rotational velocidensity.
