To give you other things to do with probability, you can start off with basic probability which is more about counting the number of occurrence s. These are just fun puzzles :)
You can then move onto measure theoretic probability but this will require you to do a bit of analysis me friend. Measure theoretic will give you the theoretic rigorous approach of probability and concerns it self with "limits". I haven't done it yet but will be later on this year and its going to be so fun desu.
After that it depends on your interests and where you want to specialise. You can go onto stochastic differential equations - quite fun but very applied. This is the main language of financial mathematics and has other uses in the sciences.
Of course you may decide to go the statistics route. This can be easily achieved just by studying the first type of probability.
