if you were just on the quetiapine id say go for it. But I wouldn't risk it with the other meds involved. Serotonin syndrome isn't fun

Anti-depressants are risky on their own, you'll miss reuptake a lot and you'll get totally different neuron arrays out of that and your brain function will definitely change, neurons will try to align so they will work without information getting back and you'll be uncontrollably on some draw-backs.
