This is good. My girlfriend knows 4 languages and is learning Arabic currently. If she can do that, you need at least the same.

Nootropics are memes. Nuts help to get you the nutrients you need, but won't suffice. Supplement B12 (yes even meat eaters don't get enough) and drink Japanese green tea. Get ginkgo if you can.
