I hated this book. I used it for reference on liquid solutions or whatever it's called (used to prove theorems on stochastic control) and it was fucking pedantic.

If its been a while since you studied math, try Topology Without Tears.
It not encyclopedic so you can literally sit down and read it page by page. It'll give you a really strong foundation for jumping into algebraic topology, differential topology, etc. etc.
