You can't increase IQ. Your IQ will also lower with age, but doing things like exercise will decrease the rate at which it lowers.
Closest you can do is take an IQ test with a high SD, but that won't change your general intelligence.

Says more about psychology than IQ. Ever actually read a paper on IQ ? The statistics they use is abysmal. The data couldn't be anymore noisier yet you all buy it up because it appears "scientific".
