How much do you need to accelerate an electron for a single photon to be created? And what determines that photon's energy?

Does the creation of the photon bleed energy from the electron, slowing it down?

Yes, all electrons behave same in electricity, but there are subtypes of electrons for sure, that behaves different let's say on interferometer.

Those electrons can be very rare,

However you cannot excite just one photon, then you didn't have photon realized as single particle, which it's not because photon is traveling field.

They vary in properties and size. And I don't mean the waveform, but one atom is very complex things and a lot of tension and stuff happens over there.

Before you learned, that electromagnetic waves travel at speed of light, do you expect time fluctuation over there?

Maybe they will be more able to decay electron, and new electrons form out of nothing to compansate for charge.
