Could you use a vacuum pump to make vacuum tubes that don't need a tight seal?

You would need some sort of motor for the pump though.I was thinking maybe you could use a magnet on ionized air particles to create a no mechanical vacuum pump maybe though.

Color CRT tubes will never be feasible to make ever again. They're already collectors items.
Bought my PVM only a few years ago and it's already increased in value.
Anyway, there's a guy on youtube that started making his own tubes and documenting it.

That's my entire point, it may be useful, but there are better, cheaper alternatives in such a fashion that tubes should just cease to exist, except for retro gaming CRT bullshit and audiophile trash.

OP, I see you haven't even done Wikipedia-level research on vacuum tubes.

They start with a partial vacuum. But there's also a device within them called a 'getter'; basically a ring of a particular material whose purpose is to absorb any gas molecules within the tube, enhancing the vacuum, allowing the tube to function. So you don't need a perfect vacuum to start with.
Since even the seal used on the pins of a vacuum tube aren't perfect, some atmospheric molecules get into the tube over a number of years regardless. The 'getter' can only absorb so much. Therefore eventually the tube becomes 'weak' and fails, has to be replaced.
