european froot loops are significantly different from usa froot loops. for a start, in the usa the first ingredient is sugar and the cereal is primarily based on corn, in europe the cereal is the first ingredient and it is primarily based on oats.

despite bht being banned it is possible to buy usa froot loops from specialist imported food stores.
