There are infinite real numbers between 0 and 1, but 2 is not one of them. So no, even if infinite worlds exist, that does not necessarily mean every possibility is realized.

Why not? Every mixed state can be purified into a larger Hilbert space. Every CPTP map can be made unitary by a similar type of dilation. There's no reason this can't apply all the way to encompass the entire universe.

No, that's not how it works.
In MWI, all universes have the same laws of physics, they've just evolved differently according to the wavefunction.
It has the exact same atoms, exact same subatomic particles, same laws of physics etc., they're just in different places because they were flung into different directions at the big bang.

By "they're just in different places" I mean that the stars and planets and galaxy's and such are all composed of the exact same things and operate by the exact same laws of physics, they're just in different places.
Like there might not be a milky way galaxy or crab nebula, there are different galaxies and nebula's in different places but they're made of the same exact atoms and such.

Agreed. Waves of particles and humans live in two separate reality that only interact via consciousness that causes the collapse of waves. A consciousness that is created by our creater ofcourse, as foretold in Bible.
