the simplest method is to just use a life-stopping method. clearly if I see you survive a one in a trillion event I'll have to admit to you that you're the observer in this World.
but that has social problems; if this method was popularized, then you, the observer, would see swaths of people dying trying to prove to everyone that they're the observer, and that will really cripple your lifestyle.
so we need a non-life-stopping method that will imitate the QM consequences of a life-stopping method. one such imitation would be an observation-stopping method; QM predicts that, just like the life-stopping method failing, the observation-stopping method will fail if the subject is the observer of this World. so can we stop a test-subject's observations without stopping their life? yes!
