All recreational drugs cause people to feel pleasure, feel happy, something of the sort, at least for the duration of the 'high'.

Are there drugs which have no 'high' but instead only 'low' where you feel intense misery, depression, pains of all kinds, suffering beyond comprehension?

There's no drug that specifically lowers your serotonin and dopamine, that's describing a hangover/comedown.

Poison's prime purpose is to harm health, it causes suffering as a side effect and often its even pleasurable. But yea, what I'm looking for here is to drugs as what poison is to medicine.

There's litterally drugs (although not sold because what would be the point) that will cause you brain damage. MDMA and amphetamines are not good for the brain (altough small doses once in a while wont do much damage) but those drugs will litterally make you retarded

It's all pleasure in the grand scheme of things. Good and bad aren't biological phenomenons, they are states created by our brains to determine what is preferable and what is not. There are no "good" or "bad" drugs, and therefore no real line exists between medicine and poison. Besides, too much of certain medicines can kill someone in an overdose. And even the medicines that can't kill someone can certainly cause side effects that we deem negative. There's a little bit of good and a little bit of bad in any medicine, or anything for that matter.

hits it right on the head. I love scary games/movies, I love pants-shitting horror.
I am EXTREMELY drawn to Datura (and DPH) as true nightmare inducers; go to a haunted abandoned house, take it, and have the scariest time of my life. There's something appealing about that.
Also, just to have the experience. What's it *like* to have shadow people talking to each other right in front of you, then talking to you? I've done LSD/Shrooms, but it doesn't come close to that experience for me.

You aren't completely aware, but that's part of the horror aspect- the loss of control. You basically have 0 control over your life and what happens, and that's the ultimate fear for some people.
And to be clear I'm not going to do a Datura trip, ultimately I don't *want* to do it, but I do have a strong desire to feel the experience.
If I was younger and stupider with this mindset I'd probably have done it, though.
