I've been thinking about a regimen for the longest possible human longevity,based mainly on caloric restriction,anti-oxidants,and the overall very harmful state of foods in general. my plan so far is.
>main diet:onions, 1-3- liters once a day in one go
>a very wide array of minerals and vitamins,covering both the basic spectrum and for individual needs such as eyes,heart health,etc
>a wide variety(50+) of teas and other herb-based health supplements+roots
>nootropics
>occasionally(one a week)mushrooms,dates,nuts.
>once a week:water(electrolyte charged) fast
