The only degrees that have a modicum of merit are Ivy league schools that bank on their reputation and artificial scarcity by means of low enrollment numbers.
Besides none of what you said justifies the price of education in the least. If you wanted to elevate the value of a degree you would be better off demanding lower enrollment numbers instead of an increased tuition, but that wouldn't benefit the greedy colleges and universities
