By that I don't mean some form of eradication, but rather, finding positions in society for these people that they can do and can be useful in. A man needs to have some pride in his work to be complete.
We can still breed them out slowly with soft eugenics, via the price of having kids, for example. Yet low IQ or not, we're talking about our fellow man here. They need a purpose to be able to respect themselves.
