Also, there's a possibility that it did leak from there and yet the lab and government can't prove it, either, and isn't sure of the cause. Same if it didn't leak from there. If that's the case, then it could still be a mystery for many decades or forever.
It's good to remain pretty agnostic on this one, since there's not much to go on, the circumstantial analysis is very complicated and uncertain, and the conclusion is extremely consequential.
