Remember how sexual selection generally works in the animal kingdom, most species females choose the mate not the other way around, a single alpha male has a harem of women but that doesn't mean the beta males are declined entrance into the gene pool. You're speaking as though males are only exclusively chads and females goblinas. Female alphas exist as well and have similar behaviour to their male counterpart. Attractive people will remain attractive while ugly will remain ugly there is little to alter the balance, attractive seek out attractive mates and ugly seek out ugly mates it's unlikely any selective force would be strong enough to disrupt this balance. Though in reality most of us are in between.

The face on the right is more attractive and has better symmetry and facial ratios as well as sharper features. Compare the head width and lower hairline on the right which looks youthful less like Bruce Willis aged up on the left, cheekbones more prominent in 2nd, lip width upper to lower ratio makes for a better overall shape, the nose is more defined on the right, eyes are slightly drooped and fewer whites are visible which looks more dreamy and close-set,
the biggest difference is the chin is more defined on the right.
hell, the skin hue is the last thing i'd notice from this.
