For electricity it cost ~16.7 cents per kWh. Model 3 can do ~3.84 miles per kWh or ~27 mile for 7 kWh. Costing ~ $1.17 dollar for equivalent gallon. Or in total ~ 3906 kWh per 15k miles, or ~$625 per year in electricity cost.
If you own the car for 10 years, the cost to own/run a old $20K car becomes ~$40K. Meanwhile a new Model 3 SR+ cost becomes ~$44K. That's not including oil changes, engine oil changes, coolant changes for radiators and stuff, transmission fluids, belt changes, sparkplugs, etc.
