First, Asians are strong systemizers, and the scale should be most likely categorizing<->systemizing and empathy without systemizing is not possible; weak systemizers learn to fake empathizing by mirroring the expressions of other and learning from memory how you are supposed to show empathy in which situation, which in the end is almost completely useless, but it puts up a good enough show for other non-systemizers.
