In 2018, the first gene edited babies were born. Jiankui He had two papers about it, submitted to Nature, JAMA, later BioRxiv, but they were never published or released to the public. Since then, he's basically disappeared from the world.

As far as I can tell, the only people who saw the manuscripts were the editors, reviewers and a small number of people it was shared with, MIT Technology Review.

Anyone have any leads on finding the manuscript? I'm sure it's gotten around a little bit, but a quick search doesn't turn up much.
