Ya, I'm wondering whether I want to fully go into Physics or Computer Science. I like both, but I'll probably go to Grad School for Physics.

graduated w a Physics bachelors in December, did research on campus during school and got a 75k +5k bonus 2 months out of school, started the week covid shutdowns started lol

Just finished my masters thesis with one of the chapters being a finished draft for a paper.
I'm thinking about taking a year "off" where I do research outside of an academic program before I start Phd

From experience, it isn't. I flunked out of school, came back 6 years later with a wife and kid. Hell of a lot harder, but at least I took it more seriously.

I have a BS in Chemical Engineering that I got this year and I'm starting a R&D engineering job next week. Hard 3 months searching for a good job during COVID but in the end it worked out.
