Arabs have an IQ of 85, and whites have an IQ of 100.

Since Jews are a cross between white people and Arabs, shouldn’t Jews have an IQ of 92.5?

Why do Jews actually have an IQ of 110?

They took a small sub-population and extrapolated to all Jews. The IQ of Israel is closer to what you expect. I'm sure if you found some sub-group of Germanics you could find a similar group with 110 IQ or even higher. IQ doesn't explain their overly high representation in powerful American institutions by the way.
